At Emerida Jewelry all of our rings are manufactured, on-site, by artisans that enjoy working in a more opportunistic work environment that adheres to US working standards and protected by OSHA. Because of this, we have better control over the quality and customization of product we deliver.

Emerida Jewelry carefully selects a small percentage of total suppliers who can demonstrate adherence to their industry-leading standards. Emerida Jewelry tracks diamonds from mining operator to retail. Suppliers adhere to robust chain of custody protocols, including tracking and identification, purchasing and receipt, inventory and segregation, and record keeping. Suppliers have a documented process to track and identify received, inventoried, and dispatched diamonds designed to ensure diamonds can be tracked back to their original rough receipts. Suppliers maintain records to track and segregate Emerida Jewelry eligible diamonds from other diamonds they carry.

We have access to an almost unlimited supply of beautiful colored gemstones ranging from sapphires to rubies. We source our colored gemstones from only the most reputable suppliers that meet our high standards for environmental and labor practices as well as their ability to provide documented verification of exact origins for the gemstones they supply us with.

We do not sell or create settings unless the customer is also purchasing a center stone from Emerida Jewelry. Our settings are made-to-order with each one handcrafted for a center gem with unique characteristics to ensure the quality of the finished piece. All sapphires purchased from Emerida Jewelry are of natural origin and have not been chemically treated to alter their natural beauty. Most of Emerida Jewelry's sapphires are heat-treated, which is an accepted industry standard. Heat treatment improves color, clarity, and overall appearance. No radiation, chemicals, or health risks are involved in this process.

Yes. In addition to our standard metal options depicted on the site, we can also offer alternative options such as palladium, various shades of 14k and 18k rose gold, 14k white gold, 22k yellow gold, 14k and 18k green gold or even silver.

Yes, all of our 18k white gold pieces are rhodium-plated to give them a brilliant, white shine. If you prefer the softer, warm tones of 18k white gold that has not been plated, please contact us so that we can make that modification when you place your order.

Currently, sales tax is collected by Emerida Jewelry on orders shipped to addresses in California, Illinois, Massachusetts, and Washington, DC. Orders shipped to Canada will have standard GST and PST applied, but no additional duties. For all orders shipped to Australia, Emerida Jewelry collects the 10% GST tax. Sales tax on orders will be calculated based on the tax rate in effect the date your order ships.

If you need your order sooner than the expected timeframe on our website, we are happy to offer expedited production service on most of our jewelry. Your order will arrive in unmarked packaging to keep its contents a secret. Emerida Jewelry is not mentioned on the package. We can also ship your order to your office, a specific FedEx location to be held for pick up, or wherever you indicate. We include a complimentary insurance appraisal with all engagement rings and wedding rings that have not been modified, all pendants and earrings over $2,000 USD, and all vintage pieces. For other items, insurance appraisals are available upon request. Please note that insurance appraisals are not included with exchange or metal credit orders, except upon request.
