Resize for Free in First Year

Within the first year of purchase, we will resize your ring, one time, for free, including free return shipping within the U.S. and Canada. Customers, outside the U.S. and Canada will only pay $50 for return shipping. After the first year or if more than 1 resize is required, our price is $25 for gold and $50 for platinum, plus $30 for return shipping within the US and $50 return shipping from outside the U.S. Shipping back to you is always free.

Please Note: Some rings, such as eternity rings (rings with accent stones set all the way around) and some unique design styles cannot be resized and will have to be remanufactured in order to change the size. During our 60-day return policy, we will not charge you if your ring needs to be remanufactured. Ouside the 60-day return policy and before the end of the first year, we will charge a discounted price of $250 to have your ring remanufactured.

To insure optimal fit for your ring, we will be happy to send you a complimentary set of free ring sizers. Expected delivery times for ring sizers within the U.S. and Canada are between 5 to 7 business days and delivery times to UK and Australia can take longer.
