Esperanza and Stephen at Merida are wonderful people. The designs are spectacular and doing business with them is amazing. This was a long distance purchase over the phone. I will tell you when you speak to them you will be put at ease and have confidence with your purchase. Transaction was extremely smooth, professional and painless. The finished product is top notch, the pictures do not do the piece justice. I get compliments all the time on the unique design and quality of my wedding band all the time. As for value I was unable to match the quality and value of my ring let alone nothing I saw matched its beauty and personality. They will work with you to customize your piece to your liking. Highly recommend!! It took my man months to determine what ring he wanted and he saw this and never wavered again. With the price, I was curious of the value, but I read that they back their work better than any jewelry store I’ve worked with. I contacted Merida Diamonds and Ms.Esperanza Merida contacted me back and we moved forward. Others have given the step by step; mine was the same so I won’t repeat the process. I will repeat the fact that Ms. Merida kept in contact the entire way!!! I was entirely grateful for the constant communication being that I never set foot in an office or store. The ring was mailed to my fiancé’s house and we let his two beautiful kiddos open it and they were in awe (and we were too)!! It is perfect!! Soooo gorgeous!!!
